Founded by David Ruiz Lopez and Diego Gomez, TacFleet has grown under the leadership of its three managing owners — David Ruiz Lopez, Diego Gomez, and Alexander Jose Negron. Together, our leadership team brings over 8 years of professional security experience, including armed security, patrol operations, event security, and risk mitigation.
